So delighted to share the news that I’m writing a book! The Publishers Marketplace announcement covers most of the highlights, but to expand on that just a tad: I’ll be writing about the five largest cities in the Southwest (Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, El Paso, and, of course, my beloved Albuquerque) with an eye toward how their present might inform the rest of America’s future. Expect profiles of fascinating people, long detours about forgotten moments in history, and plenty of green chile, all coming to your local independent bookstore in 2024.
